I was wondering if the little docked tailes ever grow in length afterward as the pup grows? This little gal I got yesterday has just a little nub. The lady I got her from was a one time only breeder and had her vet do it. She said he asked her and she told him whatever he thought it ought to be. Well, I sure hope it grows because it almost looks like she is tailess. I drove several hours to pick her up and the lady almost changed her mind because her daughter was crying so i didn't check her out very well. I more or less "grabbed her and ran". Silk has a 'show dock" whatever that is and Ceeby's is a lot longer than Dixies.
