Buster had a torn ACL and needed LP surgery but we were told nothing about range of motion. Even with his torn ACL, the surgeon said he could use his leg but no jumping, running or stairs. When we went back for follow up visits his leg was not manipulated nor any range of motion. You have a right to be upset.
