If you do decide to feed dry exclusively, always measure the amount you put out for him so you can tell exactly how much he is eating.

FYI: Turkey is high in purines, chicken would be a better choice.

Has any bloodwork been done on him recently? Chronic vomiting /diarrhea should be sorted out by your vet, as it can be a symptom of something going on with him. The bloodwork may give a clue as to the best dietary adjustments to make for him.
