Hi everyone,
My lil man Tyson is now 3.5 months old. He's a great lil pup and is so obedient. Commands he understands, sit, fetch, pad (referring to his pee pad) and bed... he's absolutely adorable.
Before he'd finished his course of injections I walked him around the house on his lead and harness and great, he decided he likes to walk on the left hand side of me. So when the injections had been done and we were allowed to take him for walks, I put on his harness and off we went. Well to say he lies down for most of the walk is an understatement. He walks about five steps and flatly refuses to go further. Treats, trying to tempt him with his favourite toy and just standing still and letting him go at his own steam has failed too! He enjoys being carried and noses the air like he's sniffing everything with joy, but just won't walk. I'm walking so slow for his little legs that my legs are beginning to hurt with the strain... ha! Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated. As I said he walks fine indoors with the harness so I'm thinking it's not that that's deterring him.
Thanking you in advance.
Sue n Tyson
