Of course I can, I've been doing home cooking for 13 years for my dogs since they were puppies. However, I won't, because I don't think people should home cook without veterinary nutrition guidance and/or oversight. See LadyJane's post for links to how to locate vet nutritionists or reliable resources from renowned professionals. Again, this diet isn't something I'd feed my dogs and there are many reasons why. The biggest reason is the improper calcium phosphorous ratio and the second reason is that the diet has not been specifically made for this individual dog's daily caloric needs which is why the person doesn't know how much to feed.
