Very very very few puppies this young growl and show agression all of the sudden.
We found that Ziva's "voice" was quite growly and downright mean sounding when she was a puppy. We were very hard on correcting her for what we thought was agression turned out to be her way to communicate. (this was not showing teeth/ snipping behavior). Small dogs seem different than the bigger dogs we were used to, but good behavior still applies.
