Oh gosh, I hear you...i thought I'd try measuring Pooky again, side against a wall to pen it. 6 3/4" tall. Last week I held up the measure while we sat by the pool. It's hard to say exactly since I'm not an expert at measuring :-S
I know he didn't shrink but I also didn't have his hair brushed down real good like this week, I parted it.

Thank you again to all the puppy moms, do we have pops on here too, for saying hey. This will be fun to watch them grow up!

I didn't buy Pooky's papers, it was almost $200 less so I opted out but kind of wish I had them to look at and confirm his birthday etc. The breeder has 2 litters he's selling online. One is an October date and the other is late November. He'd told me Pooky was November 4th but I don't see any more from that litter. Not only that, he hasn't answered me back about how many puppies he had in his litter with Pooky.

This will freak out some of you but here in Mexico, there is so much insecurity that we could't go to the breeder's home. I certainly understand why. So we met up with the breeder in a secure location I chose and he brought the parents and puppies to the litters I wanted to see after sending me pictures. He knew his dogs and which pup was which and he has a lot of experience. Was amazing to deal with. Maybe I'll write him one more time and see if he'll answer my questions but honestly, it doesn't really matter. I just wondered if Pooky was the smallest of his litter and that's why he was so small compared to the other puppies? Also about whether the pups typically grow to the same or exceed the parents since his father was a few ounces bigger than his mother? I was so glad when he came and Pooky really was in the 3 month range because the pictures he showed me looked more like the two month, which is fine. I'd rather have an older puppy...less hassles.
