1: That is fine to do. I wouldn't allow him to go outside alone. My Peanut is 5 and still doesn't go potty alone. He is small at 4 lbs-
2: If you go to Petsmart you will find the “kong” toys they even have “puppy” kongs- I would look into those. That will be great for teething. When he does bite you tell him No, then give him something to chew on ( one of his teething toys)
3: I personally don’t like Pedigree- I would look into some other foods and get him on something more of a high quality.
