The dont start losing teeth "usually: till 4-6 months. But puppies love to bite. And like already mentioned, when taken away from their mother before 12-16 weeks they miss out on alot of behavioral lessons from their mother and siblings.
SO what i did was, everytime farley started biting me, i would make a yelp high pitched sound that startled him enough to make him stop and hand him a toy that he could chew on.
ALso- how long are you leaving him alone?
I think as long as he takes to both the potty pad and outside you are probably safe. I personally think it can be confusing to a puppy so young to try to teach him to go outside if he is also allowed to go inside.
So i am assuming you dont leave him home alone more than 2 hours at a time, in which i would make sure he gets to go outside to potty each time if this is what you eventually want him to do.
Also a few accidents in the house are definatly to be expected with such a young puppy.
Also pedigree is not a very high quality food, and you may want to look into a grain free food. You will probably notice a big difference in his hair after switching to a high quality food.
There are alot of threads here on good foods to feed.
Good luck with your puppy. HE looks sooo cute!!
