That might work! Honestly, though, I'm not sure I'd go to the trouble. It's tough enough to put 8 booties on two dogs twice a day. It's almost easier to toss them in the sink or tub afterward. The cold doesn't seem to bother them when their paws and the core of their body are covered in fleece.
