I cannot imagine having a service animal and being questioned every time I entered a business. Think of how that would feel... Being accosted all the time. I appreciate that they trust people only bring in service animals. Food is packaged, it's not like the animals are walking all over your chicken breast at the grocery store. It's no different than a child in my opinion except service animals are not running around touching things with their grubby little hands
