I'd contact the 4 people you had to turn down and ask them if they still need help, at least 1 day a week if not 2.... if any of them need 2, then leave this guy and go there.. but maybe one of them will need 1 day a week, and then you'll be working 2 days. I'd at least keep the 1 day a week because he'll just have the other person work both days and it won't hurt him, but 1 day for you is better than 0 days anyways, right? Keep looking for a place that will give you 2 days in the meantime.
