Willow, my beloved yorkie, passed away on Monday. She had congestive heart disease and pancreatitis. She wasn't eating or drinking and the vet said we went above and beyond with her care, but it was time. She was 15 & 1/2.

I can't even begin to describe what a loss this is. Besides my husband, she was the love of my life! My mother bred yorkies for over 30 years, and I grew up with Willow's mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Willow picked me. She slept in the kitchen of my childhood home, and when I woke up she used to run to the gate and jump up and down, every morning!

She was my furbaby, she was my soul puppy. Even if we get another yorkie, there will never be another Willow.

Rest in peace my baby girl. I'll see you one day on the "Rainbow Bridge". xoxo
