So sorry you've been suffering...I had a real challenge finding someone I could trust too. If I were in the states I would look up the American Kennel Club or sites that offer Yorkshires to adopt, actually, I did both even though I don't live in the USA. However, I was able to find the equivalent to the AKC of this country, then I found a local office who gave me 2 recommendations. One breeder had puppies coming available the end of April, the other had puppies on site and I bought one just a week ago today. If you are still interested, I'd be happy to p.m. you with the breeders information and see if he would ship international but I don't see that you would need to go through that hassle.
Maybe you could have started a thread asking for a recommendation of a reputable breeder, looked at who sent it to you, if still interested, looked at the breeder's website and went from there. Hopefully, now you'll get a good recommendation and be posting soon with pictures of your new bundle of joy!!!
