Huey is on Abx 2 x day for three weeks due to a UTI. He is already tired of the PB, (which better not be bad for him...
so I made my own pill pockets with shredded cheese that I melted in the microwave then rolled into balls & punched a hole in with a straw. I then put them in the fridge until hardened and then rolled them in a row of saran wrap. Now all I have to do is cut one off the end of the roll, put the pill in the hole, pinch the end & feed it to Huey. These will work well if dh has to do it, because I tried to teach him the PB thing and he ended up with more PB on himself and the counter than the pill & then let Huey lick the PB off & spit the pill out instead of shoving the PB pill clump in his mouth.
