Training your new pups will take some time, dedication and structure on every one part. I would suggest leash/umbilical cord training to see if that can help you with some of his issues. It kind of the opposite of "out of sight out of mind". Leash training keeps him close and allows you to be right there to correct him when he doing what he shouldn't be.
