ok, maybe I am one of a few breeders that sits with my potential parents and explain the pedigree? if they want an AKC puppy and know about the AKC, then they need to know about the pedigree.. I feel that an educated parent is a good parent,I had many parents ask me to see the pedigrees, and when I ask do you understand, they say Not really, LOL so I think that explaining the basics to them makes a world of difference,this is where your new family member comes from... and I had many well educated parents on pedigrees, so I take for granted..LOL sorry if I am wrong, but I feel that if i am selling a puppy to a parent they need to be inform on the breed, and where your puppy comes from.. not just here I have an AKC puppy and this is the price..like I hear many breeders do..
