welcome to yt! well mine do get occassional build up and i use an organic ear cleanser maybe once every other week...sometimes it's deeper than what you can see. i assume though that the vet actually check inside her ears?? if not that might be the next move. is there any smell?? could be seasonl allergies, food allergies, build up etc.... many things.....
