Thank you Charlene and Michelle, If you had asked me a year ago I would have said it would be a miracle to just get her to be okay with people. But I would have been wrong, Abbie has shown me that with love , patience and dedication these little dogs can do anything. I applaud the rescues that take in the neglected and unloved ones and work with them to bring out the dogs they truely are. So for anyone thinking you need a puppy to bond with well Abbie is proof that age doesn't matter. Her and I are so bonded that anyone who didn't know her story would think I raised her from a pup.
