Oh gosh....no, I wouldn't fly her in cargo...she is just too little for it; and also bc she is coming from a shelter, you don't have the luxury of someone (like a breeder) who knows her extremely well and could tell you details that you'd need to know before even thinking about cargo (personally, I'd never do it, unless it involved some unforeseen disaster that I can't think of).
There is a member here who will courier puppies/dogs from pick-up to you at your airport - she is just a lovely lady. She is pretty reasonable too. I will PM you her user name.
