This is another question mark for me, Chewie is 9 months old, almost 10, he was neutered at 6 months, and he still marks when we go on a walk...I thought this habit will disappear after neutering...

One never knows if the a spay or neuter will stop them from marking. However, marking outside is not the same as marking inside. I know dogs that only mark outside. Maybe try a belly band. I hear that is good at preventing marking. aLSO WITH HIM MISSING THE PAD, MAYBE BUY SOME LARGER ONES. Sorry caps, but I'm too lazy to re write that.
