It very well could be dominance. Yes. That was my first thought about peeing in the bed. I would learn how to dominate properly though. I'm sure there are books about it but for me and my family we watched Cesar Millan's shows all the time and learned it through them. My dog is well balanced mentally now and knows that he is to go potty on the pads. Though he gets confused if we have welcome mats at the door inside to wipe our shoes on. I'm not sure how to fix that issue. So we just pick up the rugs and dont use them anymore. I'd google "pack leadership with dogs" or something similar and read up on it. And even if that doesn't work to stop the random peeing issue it is still good to learn to help keep the balance in the household.
