I make his food w/ ground turkey or chicken, brown rice, oatmeal, peas & carrots, garlic, bone meal, kelp, Vitamin C. and a little oil. I've tried other recipies similar to this. He won't eat dry food even when I mix it with soft.

My girls don't care for brown rice. Ask your vet about sweet potatoes or butter nut squash. They go bonkers over both of these! They tolerated the brown rice but didn't care much for it.
