How old is the Kopper? It just takes a little while sometimes. He's probably still a baby himself. I'm sure you will do just fine with him. Yorkies are like little children themselves. Welcome to YorkieTalk from another Okie. (I'm probably one of the few on here who knows where Broken Bow is! LoL)
