no that is correct she was spayed before i got her from louisiana...........i couldnt believe it either but its very common in that shelter from the discussion i had with her foster mother who runs it. she never informed me about the ct either so i dont know for sure if that was why she was returned to her breeder and then dumped off at the shelter but non the less shes mine and we love her with all of our hearts and will do all we can to be sure her life is the best it can be. thank you for the prayers everyone we truly appreciate it.
