well first it hasnt been even a full week. you have to give him time to get used to everyone and trust his environment. im not sure how old your kids are but my yorkies are scared of them. have you tried having the children do feedings, potty time etc...each having their own chore to do with kopper? you can youtube training videos and maybe have one child work with him on sit and so on. consistency is key. everyone using the same terms with positive reinforcement.
