OMG, I am in a baking mood, lately! Maybe it is the weather......
In the last few weeks I have made an apple pie, blueberry muffins, chocolate chip cookies, cheesecake, peanut butter cookies, pumpkin trifle, fruit enchiladas. Did I forget to mention trying new recipes like shrimp alfredo, chicken and stuffing, chicken alfredo, bubble pizza, pizza pockets and lots of dips. Not to forget my food for my many furry family.....yogurt drops, gluten free peanut butter dog treats, pumpkin- peanut butter dog treats and oatmeal dog treats! The odd thing is, I really don't like to cook!
OMG, I think I am begining to take after my Mom, who loves to cook...... maybe I'll make a rhubarb pie, today!
