Callie is a big chewer so I just brush once a week and put on oravet. My system worked for a 5 years almost 6 but then she broke her tooth (not from bully sticks) and when they fixed it they went ahead and did a dental. The dentist said it was hard to see her tarter, they had to use a special light to see it. If I notice her teeth are looking like they need it more I will step up on brushing. It doesn't bother her at all even after her poor tooth trouble.
