Unless it is a truly ethical and responsible honest breeder, one never really knows. I had a Biewer, who is now dead...her papers and parents heritage were listed...it is without a doubt in my mind that my MIA was not representative offspring of the papers she came with....I am sure that throughout the country there are many more "papers" that are not up to snuff...they mean little to me, even less when my own eyes can verify that the papers are lacking in something...it is unfortunate that these papers aren't more carefully regulated...but really, with so many mills etc...how can they be?

At this point I know that I would only go with someone I know, I accept without prejudiced that some things can always go wrong.....blah, blah, blah...
