Oh, Lisa, that all sounds so exciting - getting to be at the hotel where a lot of the show dogs stay and getting to go around with Gail. I've long known of the New Yorker and the excitement there leading up to and during Westminster. Is that the NYC hotel who had a dog that lived on the premises for years and was the official greeter? Can't recall the breed or even if it was the New Yorker but remember reading about that dog. Was it a bulldog??? Anyway, your Yorkie Specialty show with gemy showing you the ropes sounds like a dream. Imagine going to Westminster with someone like that. It is one of the most exciting events of the year to me. I will probably be watching some of the breed competitions online tomorrow and Tuesday, too. I just can't wait. I hope sometime you will share some of those marvelous photos in an album or in a thread when you have the time. I would love to see Katie's dam and sire! It would be far easier if it wasn't for the photo size limits, etc., I know. But anyway, I had rather go to Westminster Dog Show than the Academy Awards! Far more interesting and exciting.
