Yes, unless you know the lines of both parents and that there are no large dogs and that both lines are healthy with no genetic defects, etc., it's probably far safer to have her spayed and prevent this very young dog from having to go through a pregnancy, whelping, nursing, raising puppies. That's an awful lot to put on a young female and as someone who years ago bred a lovely female Doberman I loved so much with the help and advice of a mentor and lost her shortly after whelping to complications, it's a risk you need to think long and hard about. You could lose your little baby as I did and it has always hurt and always will. I still miss her.
