Awww..I think he´s adorable!

and yes,he does look alot like a Dachsund
In your last post I told you about Jess,my previous "yorkie" whom I had for years knowing that something was just off...she had part Dachsund (long haired) in her lineage too. Some of the breeders pups were yorkies, and some looked like my Jess. Her parents were on sight and looked just fine,so I didnt suspect a thing. But once she started to grow the differences became more obvious.
As for the silky coats being shorter, they arent THAT sort.I´ve had 5 yorkies and 2 had silky coats, but they still grew out.Slower, but it was still long.It was just brittle (easily broken).
Maybe you could start the ball rolling by going to your vet and asking him what he thinks.Depending on what he says, confront the breeder about it.Does she know that a female can have pups from different males in the same litter? Are there any other dogs in her house? How does she react when you tell her? etc.
As much as you love your fur baby, she has no right to charge you or anyone else for pure bred pups when there is something else in the mix,and those pups should not have paperwork either

She is committing fraud.
Shelters are full of mixed breeds, she has no buisness breeding mixes on purpose and selling them as purebred pups.I would
at least let her know that I´m on to her.
I´m not sure how it works where you are but that´s what we did. Finally,we were actually able to contact a few other buyers and we got together to make sure it didnt happen again. She had to have her dogs fixed, and guess where they ended up? On sale as MIXES on the internet for next to nothing! Yes,her very own "yorkshire terrier" breeding stock!
