I don't know if this will help: A friend of mine pee pad trained her little boy and when he started lifting his leg and marking, she had him neutered. Then she made him a special pee pad area. She took a storage bin and cut the sides off so that is was only about six inches high (sanded them down so it was not sharp, cut out a piece (like a cat littler bin), placed pee pad inside..............bingo, if he lifted his leg, she just rinsed the bin out.
