Today DH and I had to take the girls on a "quick" road trip and had to leave the dogs at home. We had planned on only being gone six hours but because of the weather it ended up closer to nine. Buddy gets the full run of the house but I put Blazer in Buddy's old travel kennel. Well, Mr Smartypants Yorkieboy figured out how to unzip the kennel and get out! So we arrived home to two dogs barking at the door. I was pretty nervous- the house was messy when we left so there was plenty for him to get into, not to mention potty issues. WELL my good boy didn't chew or destroy anything and I only found one pee spot! I am SOOOOO happy with him! I felt terrible leaving him home to begin with and I've never left him alone longer than 5 or 6 hours but he did great! Not bad for an 8 month old, huh?
