This was my thought, Charlie has MVD his BAT when dx was 30.3 pre testing and 71.3 post but I thought to myself "that's not so high" compared to what others had posted here. Charlie does very well on the low protein diet and lactulose and the metronidazole, but we have to be diligent about it.
