 Anyone else ever have issues with a pattern?
Hey all!
I have been working on creating some clothes, hoodies in particular and I am using a simplicity pattern. The problem is that no matter how precise I am with sem allowances and no matter how carefully I follow the pattern it just doesnt fit together. The hood of the hoodie never fits into the neck opening and the sleeves are too large for the arm opening. The only time the pattern works is in the XS size. Has anyone else ever encountered this problem with a pattern? I have been sewing for almost 30 years and this is a first for me. |
