Both of our rescues refuse to leave the bows in their top hair. One shakes them out, and the other pulls it out. Don't like the rubber bands because they pull and break their hair. I use the clip ones mostly. Shelby will leave a bow in if we are going out, just not around the house. First chance she gets, shake, shake, shake.....Lily pulls hers out and brings it to me....it's almost like she is saying....I don't like these......lol
