 Another ear infection!!??
Woke up this morning and Fletcher had an ear infection. This makes 2 for Dexter in the last 2 months and now 1 for Fletcher. What is going on?? They are 7 years old and never had ear infections before.
There are 3 things I questions as to why this could suddenly be happening....
1. Kitchen renovations going on, maybe dust ? Although this is a thought, Dex's first one happened before we started the kitchen work.
2. They are on Taste of the Wild food, it was recalled about 5 months ago and when it came back I started them on it again (3 months ago at least). Could the formula have changed since the recall? Dexters first infection was 3 weeks after I started back on TOTW. I took him to the ER vet and she said it was not food related.
3. They are going to a new groomer, could it be new products or is she plucking in their ears? I am not sure how i'd know that. They have not been groomed in 3 weeks now so I can't imagine that products would be the source if it has taken 3 weeks to kick in.
Anyone else have any ideas why this keeps happening to my babies?
