I got the Capital One Visa card because they have a promotion that if you spend $500 in the first 3 months, you get $100 back. Plus, their cash reward is 1.5%. All my credit cards have cash rewards, hey, why not get $$ back for every charge. But they usually have limited categories that give 3% and 2%, everything else is 1%. So for those high percentage categories, I'll keep on using the other cards, but for everything else, I'll use this new card.
