A playpen would be great- Pee pad, blanket, bed, toys, something to chew on, food, water- you can even hook up a hamster bottle so the puppy wont spill the water or play in it.

People work, that doesnt mean you cant get a puppy- Myself and Dh work full time- When I brought Pnut home I was working 12 hour days. Pnut was safe and sound everytime I or DH got home. It sucks to leave them that long, but it is what it is, you just have to make sure they have everything the need!

When you are home- start taking him potty outside- Pnut is pad trained, but will still potty outside. Also in the morning before you leave for work dedicate an hour -1/2 to the puppy for play time, also making sure the puppy eats is important.
