I hope you find something that works for him, and update us! I too am suffering harness woes. I can't find one small enough, and he hates the ones that go over his head.

I've been trying to get him used to wearing it by putting it on him at evening playtime. One he tries to chew and invariably gets his lower jaw stuck. The comfort mesh one is so big he can get one leg out of and then gets stuck.
