Yes, I have used one for Moo and I do feel it helped. I don't know if it will help for the issue you have with your dog but it might not hurt to get an evaluation done and have a couple of treatments to see if you notice a change.

I know when Moo needs to go in...she arches her back, drags her tail and walks with her head down...after a treatment her back is noticably more level, her tail is up and so is her head.

If you think the behavior may be caused by pain then I would have a hands on exam done and possibly x-rays too, just to rule out injuries or issues of that nature.

A chiropractic visit for a dog isn't the same as one for a human so they aren't laying face down while they get adjusted.
