Everyone has given you great advice
My youngest daughter was 3 when we got our two (yes,we got 2 pups at once! lol) and IŽd advise you to watch your children around the new pup like a hawk at first
My daughter LOVED (and still does of course) the pups,and everything was great exept for the fact that to her,they were 2 new fantastic interactive cuddly toys...so she was quite rough until she fully understood that they are two living creatures and babys at that!
She wanted to hug and kiss and squish them,so even though it was a VERY tiring job,we had to constantly ask her to leave them alone (if she was being to overwhelming) or to be gentle.My pups were always sooooo happy and exited to see the kids go to bed lol.Congrats on your new puppy! You are going to LOVE him to bits!
I have a soft spot for the boys..Milo is my second male and he is SO afectionate! You are in for a treat
