I understand your pain because even I am in same situation. I had been trying to find out a website/partner who would ship to Canada with no luck (even though I stay very near to US-Canada border, the story is still the same )

I think the only option which you have is petsmart. But to be very frank, I am not impressed with the collection at petsmart. You can also try ebay
