Oh no...not another one!
It doesn't seem to matter where 'your stuff' is...locked in a car or your home, inside your locked fenced yard, or on a leash around your wrist. Whether you are there or not, these 'evil' ones will apparently do whatever is necessary to steal whatever they want.
I so hope they get this little baby back. So sad...so awful!
