I give mine one duck neck a week - the same day as bath day. I have to admit, it is a little gross. But they LOVE them! I feed them in the gated kitchen with tiled flooring so I can clean up easily. I also remove their bed & give them a beach towel each to get comfy on. There are no bones to splinter. The neck is mostly cartilage & meat. I do get a little nervous while their eating. So I stay in the kitchen with them & cook or catch up on email so I'm close if something happens.
