I have been going through it for the last 2 years...and I'm ONLY going to be 46 this month!! My husband looked at me one night while he was freezing and I was red faced and sweating "Aren't you through this yet?" I believe with my whole heart that it would have been justifiable homicide! LOL
I can't take the hormones because of BP/Heart issues but I do take Estroven and believe it or not it has helped a lot with the hot flashes/ night sweats! Now if they could only do something about the urge to hurt the one I love!
