Sometimes it takes some time for body odors to leave, especially if the dog was on a poor quality diet previously. The mange is not usually the source of smell. Have her ears been treated for fungus or other kinds of infection? Ears can often be a source of bad odors. The shampoo she is on may be drying to the skin so once she is free of mange you may want to switch her to something more conditioning.
