That is great that you can take your puppy to work with you (eventually), I would love to do the same!
Why don't you have him sleep in your bedroom, but in his own bed? We had Dex doing that for some time, but now we are keeping him in the crate (just until he is potty trained). I think as long as you are in the room he will feel comfortable. With him sleeping in your bed he could fall of the bed (by trying to jump of while you are sleeping) or u could accidentally roll onto him. As much as I love to cuddle with my little baby, I don't want him in the bed with us
But he does like his big boy bed
