I would not leave the bones and chews in with him just for safety sake. Can you go home for lunch or arrange for someone to check in on Chewie? I am lucky I only work about 10 minutes from home so I can go check on Buster. When I do go home Buster usually has been sleeping, better that than anxious. Chewie is adorable.
